Here's the results of keeping my arm braces off last night.
I'm obviously not ready to sleep without the support.
The wrist brace was the first to go on after a few hours. In the morning I had to physically lift my right arm with my left arm. The elbow was fine until I put some pressure on it getting up.
During the day is not a problem. Sleeping is another matter.

My wrist is a tad bit sore, but tolerable.

Well I tried not wearing the braces today 😬
The one that seemed to bother me most was the shoulder. By the end of the day it was painful to move it.
I'll put on all three ( shoulder, elbow and wrist) soon when I go to bed 🛌

Recovery is slow but steady.

My right arm has 3 different soft splints.
One to add compression to my shoulder apparently I strained the muscles.
The 2nd one is padding on a the elbow itself, with extra padding above and below the elbow joint.
The 3rd one is my own. A long wrist brace, used for carpal tunnel syndrome.
I feel and look like a cyborg
I take them off only to bathe.
My walk in tub has jets.
Submerging my arm feels great and is probably assisting in my recovery
When I'm able to return I'll have lots of trivia and interesting facts 🤔

Tomorrow Gizmo and I are experimenting with a fish attractant that we hope will work.
We're going to call it Secret Tiger Sauce
Named after my other Grandson Rowan who grandpa calls Tiger.
I'll post here weather it is successful or not.
Gizmo and I be experimenting with fish attractant sauces this summer.
We're working on ones that will attract all species of fish. It will NOT have any banned or toxic substances.
I put a little amount on my finger to try it. Not bad! Gizmo said Ewww Grandpa your weird.

Working the draft in Detroit was certainly interesting.
Someone dropped a Crack pipe in front of me when they tried to get through a baracade and I showed them the police car nearby.
I witnessed a car chase involving a stolen corvette.
The thief, while fleeing from police, missed a turn and ran into a pole.
A person who said he was with the Black Brothern Gang and could go wherever he wanted to forced his way through the baracade and got tazed by the police.
Yes the draft was quite interesting.
Next year it is in Green Bay 2026 is in Denver.

Hello stagers.
While in Detroit working the NFL Draf l took a nasty fall and chipped one ead of my Humorous,. The upper arm bone. The chip isn't severe enough to warrant any kind of treatment and will heal on its own, with a noticeable bump just under the elbow.
No cast
No sling, but I have to make sure that I don't hit it again and complete the fracture.
It hurts like wadden. Dr said to go ahead and use it, but any numbness or tingling to come in right away.
So dear friends I'm going to lay low for awhile.
I'll be back very soon.

Here is the definitions to the word Chartreuse that I am aware of. I'm sure that there are more as well.
Aside from being a popular fishing color Chartreuse is also a pail yellow 💛 liquor.
What I find most interesting is that in France 🇫🇷 a small rural villa is called a Chartreuse.
