Hi guys and gals, I recently retired to Spring Hill, Tn and I'm looking for easily accessible catfish bank fishing for plopping down a chair, wetting a line, and take naps while hoping for the big one. Any spots come to mind?
Sounds like a plan to me, but I can't help much from Delaware. We have folks in your area, hopefully they'll check in.

I'm in NE TN so I can't help you much. Check with local bait shops. TWRA may have some info on your area such as parks or boat launch areas where you have plenty of bank or dock access. Good luck.

hi there, i.m in clarksville Tenn. when you find a spot, get some chicken liver, or cut shed, or even nightcrawlers on your hook, throw it out, let it hit the bottom and be patient, good luck.
we too like to fish like that I go to TWRA website and they have a link to where to fish from bank. it will tell boat ramps piers and such. you are not too far from Williamsport lakes pier fishing and bank fishing there. also you are close to the Duck river so when you search twra look at maury county places to fish. you may not catch the big one but catching the brim/perch is fun too and we catch and release anyway. good luck
TWRA website it is, thank you
