Nice boat Clappy. My wife is the one that suggested getting a boat. My knees were getting bad, my shoulder is shot and hauling the Big Fish kayaks onto the trailer was getting harder and harder. We've been looking for a 19' tin boat to go out into bigger water.
Nice boat. My first boat was a StarCraft and I just last year restored my newer boat a 1988 Tracker
The StarCrafts are good boats.
Hope you enjoy many years on and off the water.
Here are a few pics of my “Crab” Tracker boat.
The wife and I enjoy fishing and crabbing.
Congratulations on retirement. Now you can pick and choose your outside days. The discounts that are found here and there sure help out these "golden years".
I have caught more fish from small boats than large ones. That real nice one that you now have will work anyplace in Michigan except for out deep in the shipping channels and during major storms. Godspeed and good fishing!
I actually lived at the very tip of the 'Irish Hills.' Grass Lake! So many places to fish, I did fish the Center Lake in Michigan Center. Good luck, have fun and be safe.
Know a man, co-worker, bought five race cars. On the last, he lived alone. Lost 4 houses, divorcing 4 wives while he continued racing. Got married to his 5th wife. Sold the last race car. Lived happily ever after in his new house. Real story.
